ground shipping on STROLLER orders over $79.00 for a limited time in the 48 Continental
United States (some items excluded). Certain oversized strollers are excluded. All merchandise excluding strollers might have shipping charges depending on the size of the item. We ship via UPS ground
service. Some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to
you. If you need an order expedited please e-mail us for a quote. CANADA, Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, APO & Puerto Rico please send
us an email
with your zip code and the products you are interested in purchasing. We will
be happy to give you a quote.
In stock orders usually ship within 2 or 3 days.

Return and Exchange Policy
At Babydealz, customer satisfaction is our main concern. We will do our best to satisfy each customer to the best of our ability. Any unused, brand new merchandise, in their original boxes or packages, may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt (less the shipping costs) Babydealz assumes the "ship to" costs on items with "free shipping" only on purchases that are not returned. Even if the returned item had free shipping a shipping fee will be assessed and deducted from the purchase amount. The customer remains responsible for actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge. Babydealz.com will not be responsible for shipping charges on the returned item. This will be the responsibility of the customer.
Before returning an item, you must obtain a "Return Authorization Number". Our customer service representatives can give you more information. If you should receive any item that is "defective on arrival", please contact us immediately so we can replace the item at our expense. We will email you a prepaid return label. All items will be inspected upon arrival and will be taken care of right away. Please open your package and inspect it upon receipt. Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 7 days of receipt. As per our company’s policy items received damaged cannot be replaced before we receive the defective item back. Babydealz will not send replacement before we receive the defective one back. This applies to all defective products even those received defective upon arrival.
Upon returning your item, you will receive a credit on your credit card in the amount of the original item purchased minus our original shipping charges to you which will be 10% of the suggested retail price (not the sale price) of the item that is returned.
Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining reason for return.
We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: used products (even if it has only been used once) products that are no longer in there original packaging. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and resalable.
Cancellation:
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and handled in the same manner as returns. Customer will be responsible for the shipping, including rejected shipments

Information
Babydealz is an
independent company not affiliated with and/or authorized by some of the
manufacturers of items we sell.
Some of our items are not
purchased directly from the official distributors but instead we buy it from
different sources, bypassing additional distribution levels and additional
costs. As these products are not covered by the manufacturers warranty we offer
our own warranty which covers the same particulars the official warranty would
cover. The only differences are that you'd ship the item to us for warranty
service, and you need your Babydealz invoice instead of a warranty certificate.
In most cases there's no
difference between these two products. They have the same features and options.
And the pass all safety specs for the USA or even more. They were manufactured
side-by-side on the same assembly line by the same workers to the same
tolerances using the same raw materials. They look, feel and perform the same
because they are the same. Sometimes there are some differences and
when there are we'll say so. For some items there are name differences.
